How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all CarbCue orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt.
- Or open the customer portal from the Billing page inside CarbCue and contact support from there.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscriptions & cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Canceling stops the next renewal; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
